2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? As we begin processing your order promptly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email us as soon as possible at info@shopisra.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Where do you ship? We currently ship across the United Kingdom. International shipping will be available soon, In sha Allah.

5. How long does delivery take? UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

6. How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges? To maintain the integrity of our collections and as a small, value-driven brand, no returns or exchanges.  We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? All orders are thoroughly inspected after production, however in the unlikely event kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@shopisra.co.uk with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review and resolve the issue promptly.

9. How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

10. Are your fabrics suitable for everyday wear? Yes. Our pieces are thoughtfully crafted using breathable, comfortable fabrics ideal for everyday modest dressing.

11. Will sold-out items be restocked? Some pieces are limited editions and may not return, but we restock select items based on demand. Sign up for our newsletter or use the “Notify Me” feature to stay updated.
