Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £75. For orders under £75, postage starts from £3.99 and may vary with parcel weight.

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, for unused items in their original condition with tags attached. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Every order is inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email info@shopisra.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 48 hours, with your order number and clear photos. Please keep the item unworn, with its tags and packaging, while we review it.

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder, near the neckline, straight down to the floor, then choose the closest length. Our Size Guide includes a height chart if you would rather not measure.

Yes. Every ISRA™ piece is made in the UAE from premium fabrics chosen for comfort, drape and lasting quality, so they are made to be worn and loved every day.

Hand wash, or machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle with a mild detergent. Hang to dry and steam or iron on low heat if needed. Embellished pieces should be dry cleaned or gently hand washed only.

We produce in small, considered batches, so restocks depend on demand. If a piece or length you love is sold out, email us and we will let you know if a restock is planned.
