We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for reliable and secure delivery. Our standard postage and packaging fee is £3.99 (may vary depending on weight)
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
All orders are thoroughly inspected after production, however in the unlikely event kindly email us within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos. We’ll aim to review and resolve the issue promptly.

All ISRA™ pieces are crafted from premium fabrics sourced and manufactured in the UAE. Our ethos is rooted in high-quality materials and refined finishing — a promise of care, consistency, and quality in every garment we create.
10. How should I care for my ISRA™ modest wear?
To preserve fabric quality and finishing, we recommend hand wash or machine wash on a delicate, cold cycle using mild detergent. Air dry only on a hanger or flat surface and use a low-heat iron or steam if required. For embellished or delicate pieces, dry clean or hand wash only.
11. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Our pieces are produced in small, conscious batches, so the chance of a restock is low unless there is strong demand. If you’re interested in a sold-out item/size, please email us and we’ll be happy to advise if a restock is planned.
