As a small, faith-rooted brand, ISRA™ is committed to offering thoughtfully designed modest wear crafted with quality, care, and intention. 

We kindly request that you review all product descriptions, our size guide, and any disclaimers before placing your order.

Return and Exchange

You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery of the item. Please note that shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To request a return, email us at info@shopisra.co.uk and include your order number, item(s), and reason for return. All items must be unused, with original packaging and tags attached, and free from perfume, marks, or damage.

Please wait for approval of your return request before sending any item back. Exchanges are available for the same item in another size or colour, subject to stock availability. 

The parcel remains your responsibility until it is received by us, hence we recommend using a tracked and insured courier. Once the return is inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
